Oxford Fitness

The Fitness Center, located just west of the Oxford Hotel in the Annex Building, is a complimentary amenity offered to guests staying at The Oxford Hotel. Hotel guests may obtain a complimentary day pass from the hotel front desk to be presented upon checking into the fitness facility.

Guests may enter the Club and Spa via the second floor of the Hotel. Take the elevator to the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator, proceed down the left hallway through the doorway and straight through to the Annex Building elevator. Take the Annex elevator to the Lobby.

Club Amenities
Come visit the Oxford Club’s newly renovated 5,000 square foot fitness facility.
  • Star Trac circuit strength equipment and free weights
  • Life Fitness cardio equipment including elliptical trainers,treadmills, rowing machines, upright and recumbent bikes and summit climbers
  • Locker room amenities for men and women including towels, locker service and steam rooms

Other Services Available Include The Following:
  • Oxford Yoga, Pilates Mat, Nia and Willpower & Grace classes. Our instructors are highly qualified to lead you through these restorative, yet invigorating types of exercise
  • Group fitness classes including Spin, Step Aerobics, Barbell Sculpt, Muscle Madness and our Sports Conditioning class.
  • Personal training sessions by scheduled appointments. Session costs vary by trainer experience and discretion. Call 303-628-5435.

The Oxford Spa and Salon

Oxford Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on any services, products and gift certificates purchased at the Oxford Spa and Salon. To make an appointment or inquire about any services, please dial 5435 to reach the Spa’s receptionists.
